Apprentice Policies:
Our Apprentice environment is a hands-on learning process. Daily schedules are flexible due to weather, animal
needs and other conditions. Responsibility rests with the Apprentice to observe our policies and take advantage
of the opportunities at hand. Our policies will be reviewed in detail as part of the in-depth orientation upon arrival
at the ranch.

No prior experience is required. There are no right or wrong answers to “why you want to do this.” Goals are as
numerous as the individuals who come here. However, you must know your goals, even if they evolve while you
are here, and be self-motivated to achieve them under our close supervision. We will discuss with you whether
your goals are realistic and work with you to achieve them.
